Vacant Home Staging Service
We offer full-service vacant home staging to home owners, real estate agents, flippers, builders, and investors. Vacant homes are especially in need of staging because they tend to take longer to sell, they tend to sit on the market longer than even poorly furnished homes and they often get the lowest price. Here is where we shine! Starting with a complimentary site visit and home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget, while creating that BEAUTIFUL model home look, perfectly tailored to the style of the home and ready to sell for top dollar!
(Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.)
Occupied Staging & Design
We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign). If you need us to add to what you have or do a complete vacant home staging, we can do that too!
$250 - BRONZE MEDAL "Revive" Service
Consultation & Detailed Staging Report
In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time.

Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers and get the home the best price possible!

This service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself in the form of a detailed report.

The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist", "Top Dollar Guide" and "Closet Organization Checklist". You will also receive a Priority Shopping List to help you complete the process.
**If the home is larger than 3500 sq. ft. with multiple staging areas there could be an additional time cost to cover the larger home and additional time spent on the project.**
$650 - SILVER MEDAL "Rejuvenate" Service
Power Staging & Mini-Makeover
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home together based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!

We will bring in essential staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list , get higher impact photos and give you an idea of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love.

We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas, so your home is show ready
**This is also a critical service for just before professional MLS photos are taken because we style each space for maximum photo impact!**
$950 - GOLD MEDAL "Revitalize" Service
Ultimate Staging & One-Day Home Makeover
Do you have a larger home that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem! This service simply extends our time together to include a day of rolling up our sleeves, following our detailed Staging Report and tackling the main areas of the home while staging for photos.

This service includes everything in the Silver Medal "Rejuvenate" Service, but for an extended period of time to get maximum return on your dollar!

We will bring in essential staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list , get higher impact photos and give you an idea of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love.

We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, (plus 2 hours of planning prep time) as well as photograph the transformations as we go
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
$1650 - PLATINUM MEDAL "Renaissance" Service
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend
This service takes all the stress out of staging and is perfect to make a great first impression for the home that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!
A Gold Medal Home Staging & Design consultant will spend two days prior to the “Open House” weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. The consultant will be working with a detailed Gold Medal Home Staging & Design Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.
To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
